If for some unforeseen reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs) as long as you notify us within 7 working days from dispatch of item.
The item must also be in a re-saleable condition with original packaging. Any item that has been used or is not re-saleable or not in its original packaging cannot be refunded.

We always package our items safely & securely, however in the unlikely event of receiving damaged stock due to the delivery process, we will replace the item for you hassle free! (excluding poker tables which require an additional insurance payment depending on your location - please contact us if you wish to add insurance to the tables). We take out a basic cover insurance to ensure damaged goods in the delivery process. For full insurance including courier loss or theft etc please contact us. It is usually inexpensive depending on your location of course.
You must notify Pokershop on the day of arrival that the item is damaged and send us some photos to verify and we will send you a replacement within 7 days.

Customised goods are exempt from all refunds unless not fitting the ordered specification - wrong initials, wrong colour chip, wrong number etc. In such rare examples we reserve the right to resupply the corrected goods. We will minimise this risk by always providing samples where possible and at least a proof to be approved by you prior to our undertaking any such personalised work.

All information & sizes on our web site is correct to our knowledge. We will always do our best to ensure our information is up to date & correct.
