Return Policy:

We would like the opportunity to fix any situations prior to return. We have built a reputation of high quality customer service for going out of our way to make sure our customers are completely satisfied, but in the event that we need to transact a return, here is our policy. We will honour exchanges and refunds on all damaged PokerShop products up to 7 days from the date you received the goods. This gives you adequate time to open and review your product to ensure it is as it should be. Please notify intentions of return/exchange due to receipt of damaged goods by emailing us at  info@pokershop.com.au

We will require you to email us several detailed photos of the damage to support your claim so we can solve the issue for you.

Goods damaged in freight transit:

In order to claim damages resulting from freight transit, any problems must be reported to the freight driver on delivery. You must notify the driver that the goods are “damaged upon arrival”. Damages not reported prior to acceptance may be declined by the freight company, resulting in the inability for us to send out a replacement unit or cover the damages via transit insurance.

By signing the delivery receipt, you are effectively releasing liability from the shipping company. So please inspect your table before signing the delivery acceptance!

Please note: At the time of your purchase (when you add your poker table to your shopping cart), if you opted to decline taking out freight insurance on your poker table, this means you understand that your poker table is not insured against any damage caused by the courier during the delivery phase (you are wearing any risk against any loss or damage). As a precaution we double box all of our poker tables for extra protection.  

In the rare event there is a defect or manufacture flaw, we will do everything in our capabilities to rectify the problem – from suggesting a solution, replacing parts, to replacing the entire table.

PokerShop reserves the right to determine proper course of action for any product defects. If we decide to replace a poker table, all costs associated with the replacement table will be covered by PokerShop.

Customised goods:

Customised goods are exempt from all refunds unless we have clearly made an error such as wrong initials, wrong colour chip, wrong number etc. In such rare examples we reserve the right to resupply you with the correct goods. We will minimise this risk by always providing artwork proofs for you to approve before we proceed with the order. Once you approve the artwork proof no changes can be made and the custom order/artwork will be deemed as correect so please ensure you check all spelling, colours and design aspects before approving the artwork proof.
